AUGUST | Centerpiece size floral arranging workshop with Aromatic Acres - August 25th, 10am-12pm

Spend a summer Sunday creating an elevated centerpiece size floral arrangement in a relaxing and inspiring space with local flower farmers and designers Aromatic Acres at the Little Fire Ceramics studio in Bay View!
Attendees will choose the glaze on their own custom ceramic compote, handcrafted for them prior to class by LFC and included in their ticket price. The compote is theirs to keep after class!
Aromatic Acres will provide a curated assortment of their own locally-grown, fresh cut flowers. You’ll work with a palette of peak season blooms, featuring both elegant dahlias and lovely lisianthus to create your own garden-inspired design. You will learn how to create your own arrangement with environmentally friendly foam-free materials, which you can use to craft beautiful florals for events and everyday life.
Workshops are open to all 18+ attendees, no experience necessary, all materials provided! Classes are limited to ten attendees for a personalized instruction. Please dress for mess and feel free to BYO snacks and beverages.
Workshop tickets are non refundable, but may be transferred to a friend if you are unable to attend.
About the Instructors :
Aromatic Acres is owned by husband and wife duo Joseph and Carly Ledger. On a small yet mighty footprint, a densely cultivated 1/2 acre split between two urban locations, they grow a diverse selection of specialty cut flowers & foliage shifts colors, textures and aesthetics in tandem with rhythmic Midwest seasons. They implement chemical-free & regenerative growing practices to protect pollinators and build soils.
